SmartChat starts with the Starter plan at {starter} per month. Basic is €499 and Pro is €999 per month - the plans differ in message volume, team size and the features included. Contacts are unlimited in every plan.
Which plan do the automations come with?
Automations and the automatic reply to incoming messages are included from the Basic plan (€499 per month). The AI assistant, the AI landing page, newsletters and follow-ups are in every plan, Starter included.
How many people can use SmartChat with us?
Every plan works for a whole team: Starter for up to 3 members, Basic for up to 6 and Pro for up to 12.
Can I try SmartChat first?
Yes, you can try SmartChat with no strings attached before you settle on a plan. You do not need a credit card for that.
Can I switch at any time?
Yes, you can move between Starter, Basic and Pro whenever you like. Your contacts and settings stay exactly as they are.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Pay monthly and you can cancel monthly. The term packages over 3 months or a year are optional: you get the discount and commit to the term you picked in return.
How much do I save with a term package?
Pay 3 months up front and you pay 24% less than month by month. With the annual package it is 37%. Every term includes exactly the same features.
What happens when a term ends?
A term package renews automatically for the same length unless you cancel before it runs out. If you cancel, access to the paid features ends when the current period is over.
What do the WhatsApp messages cost?
Meta charges for the WhatsApp messages directly through your Meta account. SmartChat adds no markup on top - unlike most other providers.
